Confusing Status

Saya dah sebulan lebih tidak datang period. Before this ada spotting, then bleeding like fresh blood for 2 days. But the bleeding is not consistent, there is a time. Then, I check by pregnancy test twice and the result is negative? So, any suggestion what I should do for now?
