saya dah 34w dan terasa pedih ulu hati yg teramat. sampai sukar bak brnafas dan tidur. ada tois tak atau ubat yg boleh redekan #pleasehelp

Sayang, pedih ulu hati macam ni at 34 weeks kena check dengan doctor atau midwife cepat-cepat, okay? Especially kalau sampai susah bernafas, better safe than sorry. Boleh try duduk tegak sikit or lean forward, a few mum friends told me it helped during pregnancy, tapi jangan tunggu, ring your clinic or go to labour ward je untuk peace of mind. They need to make sure baby and you okay. Hang in there!
