Kerap menguap. Normal ke?

Eh normal je tu! Banyak mummy pregnant yang sama, including myself, I think it's just hormones plus your body working overtime lah. A few of my mum friends said the same thing around first trimester, constant yawning but totally awake. Doesn't mean anything wrong, usually goes away after first trimester juga. Just make sure you're drinking enough water and getting rest when you can!
