Aah yes, a few of us in my mum group pakai implanon and the first few months memang like that, spotting here and there, sometimes continuous bleeding which is super frustrating lah. It should settle down by month 4-6 normally, but since yours dah 3 bulan and still ongoing, better check with your gynae or family planning clinic just to make sure everything is okay and if they can give you anything to help stop the bleeding (ada options available). Meantime try to rest, eat iron-rich food, and don't stress too much because hormonal adjustments take time with implanon.
