Breast Pain

Hi, saya 24weeks pregnant. Both of my breast sangat sakit almost all the time. Very tender and painful. Anyone else mcm ni jugak tak? Any tips utk hilangkan kesakitan? Already jumpa doctor but panadol didn’t work for me
