Hey mama, at 20 weeks it's pretty common to kencing more because baby is pressing on your bladder, but the ngilu and discomfort down there isn't something to just leave, better check with your doctor or midwife soon, yeah, just to be safe and make sure everything is okay. A few of my mum friends had similar discomfort in the second trimester and it turned out to be things like infection or ligament stretching, which the doctor can confirm and help with, so don't worry but do get it checked out quickly!
