Soya organic

Eh aku pun curious pasal ni, sebab a few of my mum friends have been switching to organic soya lately untuk health reasons lah! Honestly susah nak recommend specific brand sebab tergantung jugak sa preference you, some prefer the ready-to-drink ones for convenience, some like beli the plain organic soya beans and blend sendiri kat rumah. Best thing is maybe check the ingredients list, make sure no added sugar or preservatives, and maybe try a few brands kat hypermarket dulu before commit to bulk buying. Kalau ada mum friends yang tried and tested dah certain brands, boleh share sini what worked best for them!
