Eh I totally get the dilemma, a few of us went through the same thing last year! Honestly, kalau dapat wad biasa je memang terasa rugi kan, especially dengan rate FPP yang mahal. My friend who did FPP at a private hospital said if her husband couldn't stay in the room it wasn't worth it for her, so she ended up downgrading to standard ward and saved the money for other baby stuff instead. Best thing is call the hospital directly and tanya whether they can guarantee executive ward atau at least what percentage chance you'll get upgrade, some hospitals boleh negotiate with you if you sign up early, or they might have package deals. If it's really a concern, boleh juga consider other private hospitals to compare their FPP rates and what's included, sebab vary jugak between hospitals!
