Aww mama, hinabol ka ng hinihinga sa 30 weeks? Yan talaga napaka-common sa third trimester kasi ang baby na lumalaki ay nag-push up sa lungs mo, plus ang hormones mo ay nag-aaffect din ng breathing, a few of us pregnant moms experienced the same thing, sobrang frustrating!
