Sis, honestly hindi ako sure kung may CAS ultrasound sa Las Piñas at Pque area kasi it depends kung saan exactly you're looking, pero usually the bigger hospitals like Perpetual Help o Ospital ng Parañaque may complete imaging services, I'd suggest calling ahead para ma-confirm if they do CAS ultrasound specifically. One of my mum friends did hers sa Makati med pero nag-travel siya, so baka kailangan mo ring mag-check sa nearby diagnostic centers or medical facilities muna!
