First time mom vitamins

Hindi po exactly the same, kasi different brands sila with different formulations, pero pareho silang prenatal vitamins na okay para sa pregnancy at breastfeeding, a few of us moms tried both and walang big difference sa results, honestly! I'd suggest checking the labels po or asking your OB which one she prefers for your specific needs, kasi iba-iba ang kailangan ng bawat mama depending sa diet at health. Both are trusted brands sa Pinas though, so you're safe either way.
