What is micro cheating and emotional cheating?

Hindi sila pareho, actually, emotional cheating is more serious kasi may emotional connection na involved, while micro cheating is like... small boundary-crossing things na hindi pa full-on cheating pero sketchy pa rin. Emotional cheating is when your partner is sharing deep feelings, secrets, or intimate stuff with someone else instead of you, like may landi moments or emotional intimacy na dapat sa relationship lang, ganun? Micro cheating naman is smaller things like flirting, keeping exes on close follow, or exchanging flirty messages na hindi naman umaabot sa feelings level pero nakakagulat pa rin lol. One of my mum friends said her husband was doing micro cheating stuff (always commenting on a coworker's posts, texting her late at night) and it was driving her crazy kasi parang... borderline? But emotional cheating talaga is scarier because that's when someone's heart is already halfway out the door, you know.
