Lagnat,sipon,ubo

Uy, ang sakit na yan talaga common ngayon, lalo na sa palit ng panahon! A few of my mum friends and I recently dealt with the same, fever, sipon, at ubo all at once, super annoying, and honestly, ang best approach is rest, hydration (tubig, lemon with honey, chicken soup), at paracetamol or ibuprofen para sa fever. Pero since ikaw ay mama and you're probably worried about breastfeeding or medication interactions, I'd really suggest checking with your doctor or OB quickly lang para ma-confirm kung ano talaga and kung safe lahat ng meds para sa baby mo, better safe kasi.
