Cramp/ Sengal Ari2

Wa'alaikum assalam! Oi, ramai betul yang experience ni at 9 weeks, you're not alone. Most of the time it's ligament stretching je, sebab perut expand and adjust to the pregnancy, jadi rasa sengal or cramp especially dekat satu side. Ada beberapa orang dalam group mummy saya yang cerita sama, pastu disappear after a few weeks once the body settle. That said, cramps boleh la part of early pregnancy, tapi kalau the cramp sangat sakit or followed by bleeding, better check with your doctor or gynae immediately just to be safe. Mostly it's nothing to worry about, but better to confirm je since setiap pregnancy is different. Take it easy, rest banyak-banyak, and jangan hesitate to call your clinic if you're worried!
