Sayang, ini really needs a proper check-up dengan doctor sebab situation macam ni kena monitor closely. Jangan stress dulu, some cases macam ni resolve sendiri, tapi kena confirm dengan scan lagi dalam few weeks apa development dia. A few of my mum friends ada similar experience, and the doctor assess setiap kantung one by one, redo scan, maybe even rujuk ke specialist kalo perlu. The empty sac sometimes disappear, sometimes jadi proper twin, kena tunggu dan see how it progresses lah. In the meantime, rest, jangan angkat berat, and follow up dengan doctor as scheduled.
