Salam..boleh tahu ada yg consume susu efferty mama tk? Korang still ambik folic acid atau tk ye? Sbb sy first time try utk sec pregnancy..sbb tgk video kata tk ambk folic acid pn tk apa

I haven't tried Susu Efferty sendiri, but a few of my mum friends who drank it during pregnancy still took their folic acid separately, doktor tetap recommend kan, so better safe than sorry lah, especially for second pregnancy you want everything optimal. The video might be talking about specific formulations, but honestly I'd check with your gynae first because folic acid is pretty important for baby's development, not something to skip based on a video je.
