Okay, since you're 37 weeks + sakit perut yang lama-lama starting to get frequent, I think you should go to the hospital or clinic now to get checked , better safe than sorry at this stage, especially for first baby. Contraction patterns boleh jadi tanda labour starting, or it could be something else, but doctors need to assess you properly. Jangan tunggu sampai sakit jadi teruk or berubah pattern, go now ya. A few of my mum friends yang experience irregular cramping at this stage, semua suruh check with doctor. Kalau ada any spotting, fluid leaking, or sakit jadi severe, definitely go to emergency.
