Wa'alaikum assalam! Ohhh I totally understand the hunt for the right hospital, it's such an important decision kan. A few of my mum friends actually delivered at Hospital UPM and they said it's quite manageable, the staff are helpful, cost is reasonable compared to private, tho memang ada waiting time lah during peak hours, but nothing too crazy from what they shared. Since you're in Serdang area, it's quite convenient for you jugak. The main thing is makesure you register early and attend your antenatal classes there so you know the setup, that really helped my friends feel more comfortable on the actual day. Have you checked out any other hospitals nearby like Sungai Long or Putrajaya? Sometimes comparing a few options helps!
