Salam hi mommies! boleh ke bagi tips baby pusing at 36w 🥹 sebelum ni scan okay je kepala dia kat bawah tapi dia decide nak pusing atas pulak. doktor dh bagi referral ke o&g clinic tapi saya tak putus doa sbb nak bersalin normal. mommies tolong doakan sekali ya ❤️
Aww sayang, I know how scary this feels! A few of my mum friends went through the same thing at 36w, and alhamdulillah some babies did turn back on their own, babies can still move quite a bit at that stage. Kena maintain positive mindset, lots of doa, and follow closely with your O&G because they'll discuss options like ECV (external cephalic version) if suitable, or they'll prepare you properly for what's next. Keep doing gentle exercises, try the positions your doctor recommends, and jangan stress too much because that also affects baby, InsyaAllah everything will work out the way it's meant to.
