Eh, kesian your baby! A few of us experienced this with our 8-month-olds jugak, the swelling can look so scary on their tiny skin, but good thing the doc already gave antibiotics and the cream, that should do the job. Mine took about 3-4 days to improve significantly, so day two is still very early lah, just keep applying the cream as directed and watch out for any signs of infection (like pus or spreading redness, if that happens, jaga-jaga call the doc again). In the meantime, try to stop her from scratching if possible, maybe trim her nails or put soft mittens so she doesn't make it worse.
