Dari yang you describe, boleh jadi thrush (fungal infection) atau blocked duct dengan possible infection, especially kalau ada white spot tu dan sakit time denyut. A few of us mum friends pernah kena, and it's so uncomfortable. Kena jumpa doctor or lactation consultant cepat sebab kalau tertangguhkan boleh jadi mastitis, which is worse. Jangan tak picit dulu kang, and dalam masa tu try kompres warm and continue feeding kalau boleh (I know sakit!) sebab lactation helps.
