Ahhh that must be so stressful lah! Braxton Hicks contractions memang boleh datang early, especially dekat 36 weeks, and it's good the doctor checked you properly dulu before sending you home. Few of my mum friends went through the same, contractions datang and pergi, cervix tak dilate yet, so they had to go back a few days or a week later. Since your due date baru end of November, badan you mungkin sedang prepare je. Best is to rest, stay hydrated, and definitely go back to hospital or call your doctor kalau contractions become more regular (every 5 mins or closer) or if any bleeding or water leakage happens, don't wait lah, better safe than sorry! Hang in there, you're almost there!
