Alam ko yan first time mom jitters! Honestly, marami sa amin nag-3D/4D ultrasound at wala namang problema, it's just sound waves pa rin, hindi radiation like X-ray kaya it's considered safe. Best talaga na tanungin ang OB mo directly para sa peace of mind, especially kung may specific concerns ka, pero generally okay lang siya as long as done by a trained sonographer sa reputable clinic.
