I'd say stick with gentle, fragrance-free options like cetaphil or cetaphil baby lotion, super affordable at any drugstore at around 200-300 pesos, and a few of us pregnant moms use them without worry. For stretch marks though, one of my mum friends swears by Mama's Choice Stretchmark Cream because it's made to be pregnancy-safe and actually works, mas sulit siya long-term kasi prevent mo agad habang lumalaki. Just avoid anything with retinoids or heavy fragrances, pero honestly the basic stuff works best!
