As long as your wife doesn't have pregnancy complications, yes! But some of Ob-Gyne's didn't allow or prefer sex during first trimester. My husband and I didn't stop making love from the first month 'til the last month of my pregnancy. 😂 On my first to eight month being pregnant, we did use condoms. On nine month, not anymore!
