Ay, honestly hindi ako nagtry ng Puritan's specifically, pero folic acid talaga ay important para sa fertility at regular cycles, maraming moms swear by it when TTC! Best approach though is magtanong sa OB mo kung aling brand at dosage ang best para sa irregular period mo, kasi may different causes yan at baka may other supplements or checks pa kailangan. Good luck sa baby-making journey!
