Aww sayang, darah PLT rendah memang scary! Tapi please go see your doctor or clinician asap ye, even without fever, ni something yang kena check properly dengan blood test lagi. Don't worry, doctors boleh help figure out what's causing it. A few of us mums have been through different blood issues, and honestly the safest way is let the doctor advise what you specifically boleh makan or do, because it depends on the cause kan. Take care of yourself, and jangan delay the appointment!
