I am 2months delayed and 1st PT last September 1st week and today was my 2nd PT... is this positive?

mine was 1month delayed lang and ganyan din parang shadow yung 2nd line. Then nagpunta ko sa OB and pina ultrasound and was reco for 2nd ultrasound due to early pregnancy.
