Non-caffeinated teas that are safe for pregnancy
Any recommendations for teas or flower teas that are safe for pregnancy? Or any big-nos to any particular tea? E.g. chamomile, osmanthus, chrysanthemum, peppermint, ginger etc. Anyone has experiences with what is safe and what isn’t? I’m not keen on using the asian parent app’s recommendation on what is suited cause it isn’t that accurate. Wanted to hear from experience. :)
