Sorry, I don't have personal experience with OBGYNs specifically at Delgado, pero I think the best way is to call their OB department directly and ask for recommendations, or check kung may reviews online from other moms, a few of us usually ask around sa local mommy groups din because word-of-mouth from moms na nag-deliver there is really helpful!
