would you recommend hay dairies goat milk or Karihome? Any different? Which one is more nutrition?

Hay Dairies! I loved it ever since I was a child, and it's still one of the things that I hope I can afford to have frequently someday - it's still a luxury item to me today, and it was actually what I asked my friends for for my 21st birthday. Sounds funny but I teared up drinking it, even though it was just a small bottle that we all shared together :)
