Acne problem
Any reco pampawala ng acne? 26 weeks preggy here. I know normal lang magka acne pag buntis, but I'm getting married next month 😅
Hi, mommy! Congrats on your upcoming wedding! 🎉 Normal lang po ang acne during pregnancy dahil sa hormones, pero understandable na gusto niyong maging fresh for your big day. 😊 Here are some safe tips: Gentle Skincare: Gumamit ng mild, pregnancy-safe cleanser (avoid products with salicylic acid or retinoids). Hydrate & Moisturize: Keep your skin moisturized to prevent dryness that can worsen acne. Spot Treatment: Ask your OB about using topical creams with benzoyl peroxide or azelaic acid—safe options for pregnant moms. Healthy Diet: Include skin-friendly foods like fruits, veggies, and lots of water.

While I can advice you on what to use, hiyangan din po kasi ang skincare. Best to check it with them para mas sure and kampante ka! Pero mommy ito, real talk: wag po kayo magpupuyat and magpaka-stress, para glowing ka, not just in time for your special day! :)

Try Cetaphil or La Roche-Posay—mild lang sila pero effective, especially sa mga sensitive skin. Avoid harsh treatments muna and go for mild exfoliation like a gentle scrub or toner. Don’t forget, stress can also trigger breakouts, so try to relax din, promise makakatulong!

For me, Benzoyl Peroxide works really well, pero since pregnant ka, I’d suggest checking with your OB first kasi some ingredients aren’t safe during pregnancy. In the meantime, try tea tree oil—natural and safe siya. It might help soothe the pimples without harming your baby. Huwag kalimutan mag-moisturize din ha!

You can also try a salicylic acid cleanser, but make sure to check with your OB kung okay pa during pregnancy. Most importantly, don’t stress about it too much! Ang important is you’re taking care of yourself and your baby. Your skin will thank you for being gentle with it!
