Pcos and Myoma related questions

We're trying to conceive na din. Unfortunately, i was diagnosed of pcos and myoma :( and retroverted uterus. I do visit my obgyne and he has given me medication as well. Unfortunately ndi kami makabalik in the hospital due to COVID. Just want to ask if anong magandang supplement for pcos? ung ntry na po sana. Thank you! #advicepls #theasianparentph

PCOS mommy here 🙋🏻‍♀️ Plus retroverted uterus and thin endometrium. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honestly wala akong ininom na kahit ano. Except, and I'm not sure if it helped.. May iniinom akong vitamins for hair skin and nails noon na may folic acid. At marami na rin akong nabasa na you should be taking folic acid if you're trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2013 or 2014 ata, I gave birth last year.
