Lettuce breastfeeding

It will and it’s usually used to apply on boobs when engorged or clogged. However, not much difference for me when it comes to eating it thou I try to avoid as much as I can (I hate lettuce 😅).

I recently went to a breastfeeding seminar it says that using it too much can decrease supply. Altho idk whats the reason behind it
