Hindi ko personally na-experience ang QMMC, pero a few of my mum friends from the neighborhood have given birth there and they said ang staff ay very attentive at ang facilities ay clean naman, though may long wait times kung maraming patients na. Para sa rates, I think it's better if you call them directly kasi changes din from time to time, pero generally it's one of the more affordable options compared sa private hospitals dito sa area.
