Regla isang araw

Question lang po. 5 months napo si LO this coming April 24. Simula nanganak ako dipa po ako nagkaka regla. tapos nitong April 6 may nakita akong Spotting na Brown sa panty ko pero konti lang. Then April 7 Pag kapa ko sa loob ng private part ko may dugo na. tapos the whole day super hina lang ng dugo. then April 8 ng gabi huminto din siya tapos puro White na lumalabas. Nag PT ako negative naman.. Mix Feeding po ako pero mas malakas at consistent po dumede si LO sa akin since yun po pampatulog niya. Buong tanghali at Gabi hanggang Umaga saken dumedede si LO. sino po kaya nakaranas ng ganito na 1day lang regla?

Aw, that's quite common actually, lalo na kapag breastfeeding pa, a few of us mums experienced super light or one-day periods months after giving birth, especially kapag frequent ang feeding like sa case mo na buong araw ang LO sa iyo. The brown spotting and then the light flow is actually normal as your body's adjusting pa lang, and since negative ang PT mo, it's likely just your period coming back slowly. That said, I'd still suggest checking in with your OB just to be safe, especially since it's your first one after delivery, walang nakakasakit sa peace of mind, di ba?
