MX3 capsule

Hi mama! Honestly, I haven't taken MX3 myself while breastfeeding, but a few of my mum friends were hesitant about it kasi hindi sila sure kung safe talaga for baby through breastmilk, better to check with your OB or pedia muna about this one para sure ka. MX3 is marketed for skin/collagen pero walang solid info ako na makita online about breastfeeding safety, and you know how careful we need to be with supplements habang nagbibigay ng gatas to our babies! If you're at 4 months postpartum pa lang, maybe bring it up sa next check-up mo and they can recommend something safer or confirm kung okay talaga ang MX3 for you right now.
