Kropek pwede sa buntis??

Ah oo naman, pwede ka kumain ng kropek habang buntis, walang problema doon! Pero siguro lang, better check with your OB kung okay lang sa iyo based sa your pregnancy, lalo na if you have gestational diabetes or any dietary restrictions kasi alam mo naman ang salty snacks. Most of us moms naman ay kumakain ng normal foods during pregnancy, including croppy cravings, hehe! Just make sure fresh and clean ang source, at don't overdo the salt intake lalo na if may high blood pressure ka or something, I know one of my mum friends had to cut back dahil sa swelling. Enjoy your croppy pero balanced lang overall, okay?
