Most doctors po prefer scheduled CS at 39 weeks para full-term na. 37 weeks po is considered early term, while anytime before that, pre-term. Pag less than 37 weeks po si baby, considered premature po and mas prone to complications dahil possible na hindi pa fully-developed ang ibang organs. Best to discuss with your OB po yung worries nyo especially sa cord coil so she could weigh the risks and present the best option to you.
