Ligate after 2nd c-section

Pwede bang magpaligate ang 23yrs old? Cs kasi ako ulit sa 2nd baby ko feel ko kasi buntisin ako. May injection contraceptive ako pero nabuntis din after 1yr and 2months.#advicepls
