Ay, 3 days is a bit concerning talaga kaya I'd suggest bringing baby to the pediatrician just to be safe, could be the vitamin change, could be something else, pero better checked out. Breastfed babies can sometimes go longer between poops than formula babies, pero 3 days at that age is usually not normal kaya don't wait. In the meantime, make sure baby's feeding well and getting enough milk, at gently massage baby's tummy in circular motions, sometimes that helps.
