Hello po, sa public hospital po ba ay ano po ang need PSA or NSO Birth Certificate Ng mother?

PSA ang kailangan po, hindi NSO, PSA lang ang accepted sa public hospitals for birth registration at medical records! One of my mum friends had trouble kasi dala niya NSO, so she had to go back and get the PSA from the local registry office, hassle talaga. Better to call the hospital first though para sure sa exact requirements nila, kasi bawat hospital may kaunting differences minsan.
