Honestly, a few of us moms here tried different brands and nakita namin na ang generic ones from Mercury Drug or Watsons ay sobrang effective na for the price, brands like Ferrous Sulfate with folic acid or ang store brands nila mismo are way cheaper than the fancy ones pero same nutrients pa rin. Best bet is to check with your OB kung ano talaga ang kailangan mo (some moms only need basic prenatal, some need mas mataas ang iron), kasi sometimes the cheapest option na fit sa budget mo ay perfect na para sa needs mo!
