Perut panas

Perut panas dalam tu boleh jadi normal je during pregnancy, sebab hormones dan blood flow meningkat, tapi lebih baik check dengan doctor kau untuk pastikan all is well especially since you're a first-time mum! A few of my mum friends rasa macam tu jugak during early pregnancy and turned out okay, tapi setiap orang berbeza lah so don't worry, just mention it at your next antenatal appointment and they can reassure you properly.
