Alamak, nosebleed in early pregnancy memang common sebab hormone changes dan blood vessels dilate, tapi lepas bangun pagi confirm tak best feeling tu! Suggest you mention to your doctor at the next checkup or call them if it's heavy bleeding or lasts long, just to be safe, a few of my mum friends had this and doc said it's usually nothing, but better safe than sorry kan. In the meantime, jangan cubit hidung atau korek-korek, try guna tissue lembut and lean forward slightly if it happens again. Stay hydrated jugak, sebab that helps too.
