Quatrofol and unimmap ok lang ba pagsabayin?

Okay so Quatrefolic (the active form ng folic acid) and Unimap, both are prenatal vitamins na may folic acid, I'd honestly check with your OB muna bago i-combine kasi baka sobra lang ang dosage, and doctors usually prefer one comprehensive prenatal lang para ma-monitor mo exactly ano na-take mo. Better safe than sorry talaga when it comes sa pregnancy vitamins!
