Ay, congratulations mama! First trimester is honestly such a roller coaster, expect lots of nausea (especially mornings, pero for some of us it's all day lol), super sore breasts, and you'll probably feel exhausted all the time even if you're just sitting around, haha. A few of us mums also experienced mood swings, food cravings or aversions, at may frequent urination na annoying talaga pati gabi. It's all normal, pero definitely check in with your OB regularly to make sure everything's progressing well, especially since lots of changes are happening inside na hindi mo makikita!
