Constipation

Hello preggy mommies! Im at my 11wks4days AOG, so far hindi na ako nagsusuka. pero problema ko naman ngayon constipation. Hirap talaga ako mag poop. BTW i’m on bedrest now for almost 2 months(due to Threatened abortion + open cervix) . Tips naman po jan bukod sa water therapy.
