I actually have a few mum friends na nag-shift from SEI to Indigent category kaya alam ko na doable siya, kailangan mo lang mag-visit sa nearest PhilHealth office with your updated documents showing na hindi ka na earning (like birth cert, marriage cert if applicable, and proof na student ka still or unemployed na). Ang process is parang simple lang, pero mahaba ang pila kaya better go early or mag-online appointment na lang if available na sa inyo; worth it talaga since mas mababa ang out-of-pocket mo sa normal delivery. Since for pregnancy and delivery issues, I'd suggest double-checking with PhilHealth directly or your OB din para sure kung ano exactly ang covered sa bagong category mo before July, para walang surprise on the day, basta I-follow up mo agad!
