Irregular period

Ah yes, totally normal yan! A few of us mums experienced irregular periods habang nag-breastfeed pa, sometimes delayed, sometimes heavy, sometimes light lang, kasi ang prolactin from breastfeeding really does affect your hormones. Dapat stable na yan as you gradually wean or once you stop breastfeeding, pero if it's super heavy, super painful, or hindi regular after a few months of not breastfeeding anymore, best to check with your doc just to be safe!
